Adam Rosenke

Adam has a wealth of experience in family law litigation at the Alberta Court of Justice, Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, and the Alberta Court of Appeal, including trials on issues such as parenting, division of
family property, spousal support, child support, mobility, and Emergency Protection Orders.

While Adam’s practice is largely litigation focused, he works diligently to de-escalate conflict whenever possible and aims to provide reasonable and sensible alternatives to Court. Adam enjoys working creatively with clients to build strategies which yield optimal outcomes for them.

As a former Team Canada athlete who achieved national championships and World Cup medals, Adam maintains an active interest in sports, describing himself as an avid enthusiast in hockey, tennis, and golf.

This sustained engagement underscores his evolution from elite competitor to legal professional, where athletic discipline informs his approach to client advocacy and high-stakes litigation.
